Terms & Conditions

Process

DIY pick up/drop off

  • DIY Pick up - Wednesday-Saturday

  • DIY Drop off - Sunday-Wednesday

  • DIY pickup/drop off has no additional fees
     

Rori Ranch Rentals Delivery

  • Our delivery drop off schedule is typically between 10-3 on Friday or Saturday

  • Our delivery pick up schedule is typically between 10-3 on Sunday or Monday

  • Final delivery details to be confirmed with client

  • Delivery is not included with our rental items, please ask us for a delivery quote

Care & Guidelines

  • For DIY pick up/drop off - Our items must be protected with furniture blankets & covered with a tarp, if being transported in a truck bed

  • All items must be kept inside over night

  • For outdoor use, we ask that our furniture is not sitting in wet areas & has proper protection from the elements 

  • No smoking/vaping near or on our pieces

  • Please use extra care with food & beverages around the rental items

  • Please inform us if there are any accidents

Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your requested items, while the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.

  • If the rental request is made within 30 days of the event, a full non-refundable payment must be made at the time of booking.

  • All rentals require a 50% damage deposit which is fully refundable once the items are returned in the same condition in which they were rented. The damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the event and is collected with the remaining outstanding balance.

  • 30 days prior to the event a security deposit is required, via authorized credit card form (not charged to the cc, only a record) or added to the outstanding balance via e-transfer (fully refundable if the item is returned in the same condition). The purpose of the security deposit is to protect RRR from lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair items. Rori Ranch Rentals has additional information on this to provide our clients the best experience possible. 

  • At this time, payment can be made via e-transfer to roriranch@gmail.com
    or by credit card, additional fee applies for CC only.

  • All payments received are considered an agreement to our terms & conditions. 

Damaged Items

  • The client is responsible for damaged or missing items

  • Cost to repair damages will be taken from the damage deposit

  • If the item is damaged beyond repair the replacement cost is set at the purchase price including the damage deposit
